Restoring Dignity and Belonging

Every person deserves to be seen,
valued, and included.

Many individuals with disabilities are excluded from opportunities others take for granted.

SLED helps create opportunities for people with disabilities to participate, belong, and thrive.

INCLUSION

in Action

We believe inclusion is built through long-term, relationship-based support.

Today, more than 17,500 individuals with disabilities and their families are receiving ongoing care where specialized services are often limited or unavailable.

Through regular home visits, therapeutic support, adaptive equipment, family resources, and community programs, individuals experience greater independence, confidence, and belonging.

As families are strengthened and communities become more inclusive, dignity is restored and every individual has greater opportunity to belong and thrive.

What
This Looks Like

SLED creates opportunities for individuals with disabilities to be seen, valued, included, and supported.

Families find encouragement. Individuals build confidence and independence. Communities become more welcoming and inclusive.

One relationship, one family, and one life at a time.

Why it matters

Every person deserves dignity, belonging, and the opportunity to thrive.

When people with disabilities are supported, families become stronger, communities become more inclusive, and lives are transformed.

This work is about more than meeting practical needs. It's about restoring identity, confidence, and hope.

Every Ability. Every Person.

Every Opportunity.

Together, we can help ensure every person has the opportunity to be seen, supported, and included.
